Sands of Empire Privacy Policy

Summary

Sands of Empire does not collect, transmit, sell or share any personal information. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics or tracking SDKs, and no in-app purchases in this version. The game works fully offline.

Information stored on your device

Your game progress (your champion, lands, camp, companions and settings) is saved only in the app's private storage on your own device. It is never sent to us or to anyone else. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data deletes it.

Chat and rival lords

In this version, the rival lords and alliance members you meet, and all chat messages from them, are computer-controlled characters generated on your device and are labeled "AI". Messages you type into chat stay on your device and are checked by an on-device filter that blocks offensive language and personal information (such as phone numbers, addresses, emails and social media handles). Nothing you type is transmitted. If a future version adds online play or chat with real players, we will update this policy and the app's store disclosures before that feature launches.

Permissions

The game does not request access to your camera, microphone, contacts, location, photos or files.

Children

Sands of Empire is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone.

Changes

We will post any changes to this policy on this page and update the effective date.
